Stage 1 Designs provides web design and digital services including, but not limited to, website creation, booking systems, and marketing automation setups.
All details of the selected service and any future work will be confirmed separately in a signed project contract before work begins.
- A setup fee is payable at checkout and varies depending on the selected plan.
- After payment of the setup fee, you will receive 30 days before the first recurring payment begins for hosting, management, or ongoing services.
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are processed securely via Go High Level’s integrated payment system.
You are responsible for ensuring that all billing and payment information provided is accurate and up to date. Stage 1 Designs is not liable for any payment delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.
- Refunds are available only if no work has commenced on your project.
- Once any work has begun, or resources have been allocated to your project, payments become non-refundable.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
- We reserve the right to determine whether work has commenced based on internal project records.
By submitting your information and completing payment, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete personal and business details.
- Ensure that you have the authority to make this purchase on behalf of your business (if applicable).
- Refrain from submitting any unlawful, misleading, or infringing material.
Further project-related obligations (such as content supply, deadlines, and approvals) will be outlined in your project contract before work begins.
All intellectual property rights in any materials, content, or systems provided through this sales funnel remain the property of Stage 1 Designs until otherwise agreed in writing.
Full ownership and licence terms for completed projects will be detailed in your separate contract.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stage 1 Designs will not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim (direct or indirect) arising out of:
- Use or inability to use our sales funnel or payment system;
- Errors or delays caused by third-party providers (including Go High Level); or
- Decisions made based on information provided through our website or sales pages.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our sales page.
By making a purchase, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the ACT.
